So, what do you all think? Will they actually go out or will city hall back down a strike a deal? How are you getting to work if the buses stop running? I'm tuning up the old bike and hoping I don't get run down in traffic by crazed car-poolers.

Jak_Frost:So it look like the strike is looming large. I remember getting caught in the last one. Ounces of fun. Glad I live downtown now. ha ha... Calgary is going to be a parking lot if they go out. better break out the bike or get used to sharing a car with sweaty co-workers.  

I too am glad transit is out of my life. No more grumpy bus drivers... and now I zip pass all the silly traffic on a bicycle!

Is Citytv Calgary going to broadcast Battlestar now that there is only one season left?
