  • Ep. 6 - For the record...

Sometimes, these decisions are just too excruciating to make!  Thank GAWD that we managed to hold on to both Tara and Tia.... I've grown so fond of both of them.  Tara still needs to give me some more personality though...And as for Tia.... Well, I'm almost afraid that she's got TOO MUCH personality for some.  Still, I ...

  • Ep. 6 - Drama Queens!

Finally....DRAMA!  The claws came out tonight, briefly.  I love a good confrontation with honesty of words being the weapon of choice.  It amazes me that the girls can be all cooey on set and be so human when they are forgetful of cameras and audio recordings.  I saw some great photos done by Nigel of the ladies - very ...

  • Ep. 5 - Decision Dilemma!

Things are getting increasingly tough.  So much potential in all these remaining girls... But so hard to project just who's going to be able to pull it all together before the end of the competition.  I'm really concerned about the gorgeous Cori.  She's such a doll ... so beautiful. But I'd hate to throw her into ...

  • Ep. 5 - Majority Rules

What time of the day is it?  It's cutting time. There is a feeling of coldness when someone is sent off by the show.  Unfortunately, there can only be one and that can only happen through attrition. The competition is now becoming more difficult because everyone is showing so well.  Tonight I felt that Sinead was the one who ...

  • Ep 5 - Take that Sass and Work It!

I have a great belief in Mo, I think she will go many places.  She has a beautiful attitude, great sass, and I truly hated seeing her go tonight.  I hope she keeps hope and uses this experience to fuel her and continue to work as hard.

  • Ep. 4 - Tears and Fears

We had tears before the competition ended today.  It's hard to choose.  The potential of the remaining models has not been fully realized as yet and unfortunately Gina's potential will not grace our set again after tonight.  This just keeps getting harder and more difficult.

  • Ep. 4 - Graceful Exit

It's hard to grow with these girls and then have to watch them leave one by one.  Gina was graceful and professional in her exit.  It was touching how she made each girl laugh through her tears.  It brought tears to my eyes.  I think she will be great in whatever she decides to do.

  • Ep. 4 - Tough Love

One of the most enigmatic things about working on this competition for me is the fact that with each week, I fall more in love with the girls.  As I get to know them all a bit better, I guess that's inevitable, especially with this bunch.  They really are all smart... and articulate... and sensitive.  And their inner beauty ...

  • Ep. 3 - Personality Plus...

Unfortunately, it’s yet another night to eliminate a young lady.  Steff has an amazing personality and it wasn’t an easy choice.  I hope she continues to pursue her modeling career but most importantly, that she continues to bless the public with her incredible personality.

  • Ep. 3 - Missing the Mark!

I think Steff had great personality and her walk was not bad at all. At the Much on Demand Fashion show she took my advice and did a great job being the first one out, and she used her prop (toilette brush) very well. But I really wish she could have used her walking and personality strengths from MOD at judging and in her Venus Breeze commercial ...
