I'm sorry to say that salons make their money with colours and other treatments. If you want to keep your grey then you will not make them as much money as other clients who go back every 6-8 weeks for a colour touch up.
If you want to keep you grey hair grey, there are a number of things you can do to keep looking healthy.
Oprah had a special on the subject of grey hair a few months ago. Why not try to find it via your local library.
That said, there are salons that support the silver mane movement...it might be a question for you to knock on a few more doors.
