Why is it that the city has decided that the intersection of 23 and Calgary trial has to be such an elaborate design when all that is needed is an overpass over Calgary Trail. If the city put an overpass on 23 ave long enough to bridge over the trail and the train tracks that would eliminate that whole intersection. Perhaps the City need to see more designs and simplify the project.
