Well it is Wednesday August 1. I'm glad the challenge was moved to Friday. I didn't want to miss today but I am ill. My chest is congested, I'm stuffed up and my throat hurts. I took some night time cold drugs last night, so wasn't exactly up for driving half way thru the city early this morning (pretty dozey). I want to get rid of this thing before Friday. I'm still practicing for Friday's challenge though!! Plank, wall sits and push ups - CityTV Team is going to win!! I'll take any tips for getting rid of this cold quickly. Maybe just down some good meds?
