Simple!
Here is 5 things you can follow:
1. If you are trying to get your kid to take a vitamin, just crush it up and put it a drink your kid loves. Trust me, it works! They dont even know it's in the drink! That way you can keep them happy and healthy!
2. If you can't make them eat anything else, I would suggest that you buy the food that they like, but organic! If it is organic food you buy for them, no matter what it is (like pizza for a example), it will be healthy for them, and you won't need to try to make them eat other foods.
3. I would also suggest you buy lemonade, it has fruit in it, and i know alot of kids who love lemonade, so your kids might like it too!
4. If you like your children eating meat, but think it might not be healthy, then buy natural spices to put on the meat.
(Also organic BBQ sauce would work too!)
5. If they like Milk, then buy healthy cereal, and if they like it sweet, then buy natural sweetner.
Thats it for now, and the reason why I said natural, and organic stuff, is cause it's HEALTHY!
