    Re: does marilyn look different?

While I must admit I don't watch the show regularly today (Tuesday) I thought that she looked pregnant as well. Of course it could be that the person in charge of her wardrobe isn't doing a very good job.Keep me posted with any news

    Re: does marilyn look different?

She does look different, but I wonder if she's on hormone replacement therapy or steroids for a medical condition. This would account for the roundness in her figure which everyone is noticing and which is an unavoidable side effect of some drugs.. She could, of course, be pregnant, but somehow, at this point in her life, I"m not sure too many women would make that choice. Whatever it is she's going through, I wish her well for a positive  outcome. I love Marilyn. She IS Cityline!

I do recall her making remarks on CityLine of her recent weight gain & that she likes the fashionable bubble tops that she hides under.

I thought it was just the menopausal middle that so many women experience.

    Re: does marilyn look different?

She does look different on account of her wardrobe and medication as some have mentioned and suggested, but I seriously doubt she's pregnant. That's just absurd. For one thing, she's almost 50 and having children at her age doesn't come with much dignity.

It wasn't that long ago that she had a hysterectomy. Preggers ?  Nope.

I thought her outfit she was wearing today, looked like a  romancy bed roomy pale soft pink shimmery honeymoon-type lingerie set ? (aplogizing for that woosie description)

I didn't see her in full from head to toe but from the waist up every time they showed her I couldn't help thinking that.

Was it a wake up for Mother's Day theme show ?

    Re: does marilyn look different?

Marilyn has made a name for herself as a radio and television personality bringing interesting people and their talents and opinions into our homes through the media. Lately, the focus seems to have shifted to Marilyns' personal appearance. How uncomfortable it must be to have the spotlight aimed at sending a beam of liberation and acceptance out shine back from some viewers as one of speculation and judgement.  Does Marilyn look different?  Don't we all.

Its none of our business whether she is pregant or comment on her body shape. How would you feel if someone on the street walked up to you and said to you "Are you getting fat or are you pregant?". You wouldn't like it and i wouldn't either.
