    When

When does the pain go away?

When does the ache go away?

When do we learn how to manage the ache and pain?

When does therapy start to work?

When do people really try to understand ,the ache and pain of a person who has lost their partner to sudden death?

It will be two years since my partner and fiancee passed away suddenly,March 2006.

When will I wake up and not hurt anymore?

How are all the other people that thought they knew him, manage to go on with their lives so easily?

    When,When,When ?

    Re: When

You have to get on with your life, your loved one doesn't want you to hurt this bad, I know it's hard but you have to try. If the shoe was on the other foot would you want your partner to grieve for ever? I don't think so, life goes on and you have to tell yourself that. You will never forget your partner but you must stop grieving, it's not what they want.

    Re: When

You must go to grief counselling if you can't move past the pain.  There are many stages to grief and we all deal with them differently.  But it sounds like you need help moving through them.  Your fiance would not want you to live your life like this...Get going to your Doctor for a referrel NOW!!!!

    Re: When

I don't think the pain will ever go away. It will subside as time passes. One does not forget. But one will heal. A scar will be left behind.

    Re: When

The pain will never go away, I have lost people I have loved and not a day goes by when I don''t think of them. One thing that helps me manage to get through these hardtimes is to accomplish things that would make them proud.
