    lisa rogers' rude behaviour

Did anyone else find Lisa Rogers was rude & overbearing today?  I thought she constantly interrupted Lynn & Marilyn.  I do not enjoy her commentary.  She uses the word fabrication ad nauseum.

I was more amused when they held up that Nygard print top and Marilyn just couldn't conceal her displeasure for it !!

That is why I enjoy her so much. Marilyn will be missed :(

Is Marilyn leaving the show?  Did I miss the announcement?  Or is it just a rumour?

    Re: lisa rogers' rude behaviour

Yes, unfortunately Marilyn is leaving.  The date is rumored to be May 23rd.  It seems to be a big secret around here.  Any discussions about her departure have been deleted quite quickly from these boards.

Your right, I too would love to see Marilyns new home.. Iwill miss her on cityline, been watching her so long.As for Lisa Rogers, she does nothing for the show when she is on, just my own opinion.

    Re: lisa rogers' rude behaviour

I like all the host/guests. Yeah, sure not all are 100% to my taste or preferences but I think they all bring positive things to the table in the end.

One may relate better to one than the other but I can appreciate differences...imagine if we only had a few paint or design/fashion choices ?

(but that would probably save us all a whole lot of time & aggrevation of choice/choosing......lol)

Crap, we would all end up walking clones of one/each other !!!

We should embrace diversity/change within each/other  &/or amongst us.

    <rant over>

    lol

    Re: lisa rogers' rude behaviour

I certainly embrace change, but we all have a right to our opinions. I agree I too like most of the guests, but some bring so much to the show than others, and thats just how it works. This forum is about us all having our opinions. You just shared your opinion, did you not. Thankyou

No, really, not even a rant....ok maybe a little ?

But I didn't do anything intentional.  Maybe you should bake that poster some scones....

....as a good will gesture on my part :)

    thanks,

A little rude, a little rant, thats fine , does not bother me lol.Really I was agreeing with what Patbaird said in the first post, I  like Lynne Spence, or Sandra ,at least they have personalty, just my feeling, no need to bake scones, no time  lol .thanks

Re: lisa rogers' rude behaviour - Try Googling

When I read this thread I couldn't picture who Lisa Rogers was and I wanted to know who you were referring to so I Googled her. Ohmigod, I couldn't believe what turned up. Go ahead  - try it!  What in the world is she doing on CityLine? She looks more like a porn star to me than a t.v. star. Just my not so humble opinion.
