    Hello,

     Desperately need help!

    Help my nanking cherry jelly didn't set.  Should I reboil the jelly and add more pectin?

    I've never made jelly in my life but thought that I might offer advice: most food products offer customer service phone numbers.You could perhaps call the pectin company and ask for assistance.
